How do I find my size?
We recommend checking our size chart on the product page before ordering. If you're between sizes, size up — our loungewear is designed with a relaxed fit and extra room is always more comfortable than too snug.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days after dispatch. If you're in Navi Mumbai, you can also skip the wait entirely with in-store pickup at our Kharghar store.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email. Click on it to follow your order in real time. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or write to us at info@getoaf.in.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations can only be made within 2 hours of placing the order. Write to us immediately at info@getoaf.in and we'll do our best to help.
Can I exchange my order if the size doesn't fit?
Yes! You have 15 days from the date of delivery to raise an exchange request. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags intact. We do not offer cash refunds—exchanges are for size issues only, and other eligible returns are issued as store credit.
