Processing & Dispatch

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, please allow 1–2 business days for processing and packing. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery Timeline

We ship across India via trusted courier partners. You can expect your order to arrive within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery to remote locations, Northeastern states, and J&K may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience.

Prefer to skip the wait? You can place your order online and choose in-store pickup at checkout. Your order will be ready within 1 business day of confirmation. Please bring your order confirmation when you come to collect.

Failed Deliveries

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery fails both times due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the order will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout—we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or natural disasters.

Damaged Packaging on Arrival

If your package looks visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please create an unboxing video before opening and email us at info@getoaf.in within 48 hours.
